Using the Pellet Smoker Box couldn't be simpler. Fill it with your preferred Broil King wood pellets, place it directly on the Flav-R-Wave cooking system or on the grill grids, and let the heat do the rest. As the pellets heat up and begin to smoulder, they release a steady stream of flavourful smoke that infuses your food with an irresistible BBQ character. Unlike wood chips, pellets require no soaking in advance — just fill and go.
The smoker box is crafted from high-quality stainless steel, making it exceptionally durable and resistant to the high temperatures of a gas grill. The hinged lid allows easy access for filling and topping up during longer cooks, while the compact design means it takes up minimal space on the cooking surface. After use, the stainless steel construction makes it easy to clean.
Compatible with all Broil King gas grills featuring the Flav-R-Wave system, and also suitable for use on the grill grids of most other gas BBQs. Works best with Broil King's range of premium wood pellets, available separately in a variety of flavours including hickory, applewood, and the signature Smoke Master's Blend.

How will my order be delivered?
It depends on what you order. Accessories, covers, fuels, pizza ovens and smaller barbecues are sent by tracked courier (DPD) — £4.99, free over £50. Larger boxed barbecues arrive by kerbside pallet delivery — £39.95, free over £500. Garden furniture sets are delivered by a two-person team — £59, free over £500. The right method and cost are applied automatically at checkout. You can also collect any order free of charge from Hildreths Garden Centre in Prestwood.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to deliver within 10 working days of your order being confirmed. You'll receive an email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details where available.
How do I prepare for delivery?
Before ordering, make sure you've measured your outdoor space — particularly gate widths and access routes, as some garden furniture sets can be large. This helps avoid any issues on delivery day.
Does delivery include assembly?
Standard delivery is to the front of your property (kerbside) and doesn't include assembly or packaging removal. Add our Packaging Removal (£75) or Platinum Delivery & Assembly Service (£179.99) to your basket for garden delivery, full assembly and responsible disposal of packaging.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most UK mainland addresses, excluding Scotland. We're unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Scotland as standard — but please contact us if you're in one of these areas and we'll do our best to help.
