How will my order be delivered?
It depends on what you order. Accessories, covers, fuels, pizza ovens and smaller barbecues are sent by tracked courier (DPD) — £4.99, free over £50. Larger boxed barbecues arrive by kerbside pallet delivery — £39.95, free over £500. Garden furniture sets are delivered by a two-person team — £59, free over £500. The right method and cost are applied automatically at checkout. You can also collect any order free of charge from Hildreths Garden Centre in Prestwood.

When will my order arrive?
We aim to deliver within 10 working days of your order being confirmed. You'll receive an email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details where available.

How do I prepare for delivery?
Before ordering, make sure you've measured your outdoor space — particularly gate widths and access routes, as some garden furniture sets can be large. This helps avoid any issues on delivery day.

Does delivery include assembly?
Standard delivery is to the front of your property (kerbside) and doesn't include assembly or packaging removal. Add our Packaging Removal (£75) or Platinum Delivery & Assembly Service (£179.99) to your basket for garden delivery, full assembly and responsible disposal of packaging.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most UK mainland addresses, excluding Scotland. We're unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Scotland as standard — but please contact us if you're in one of these areas and we'll do our best to help.
