The Grizzler features a series of raised parallel ridges across its full cooking surface — the classic profile of a professional grill pan, but engineered specifically to withstand the extreme temperatures generated inside an Ooni pizza oven. As food sits on the ridges, it is raised slightly above the base of the pan, allowing excess fat and juices to fall away while the contact points caramelise and char beautifully, creating the distinctive chargrilled appearance and flavour associated with professional outdoor cooking.

Made from 100% premium cast iron with a sleek Nordic design aesthetic, the Grizzler provides outstanding heat retention and distributes temperature with exceptional evenness across the full cooking surface. It is pre-seasoned with vegetable oil and ready to use straight from the box, though like all cast iron it continues to improve with every subsequent use as the natural seasoning builds. Use it for steaks, chicken thighs, pork chops, fish fillets, prawns, courgettes, asparagus, or any other ingredient that deserves the grill pan treatment.

The custom-designed removable cast iron handle hooks securely onto the pan for loading and unloading from a hot oven, and the included FSC-certified beech wood serving board makes straight-to-table serving simple and attractive. Hand wash only. Store in a dry environment.
