Protect your Broil King grill investment year-round with the Broil King Select 51 inch Grill Cover. Purpose-built as an exact-fit cover for the Baron™ 300 Series, Monarch™ Series (2014 and newer), and Gem™ 300 Series (with shelves up) gas grills, this cover ensures a snug, precise fit that keeps out the elements while looking great on your patio.
Crafted from durable, weather-resistant PVC with a 500 x 300 denier polyester backing, the Select series cover is built to withstand the full range of outdoor conditions — from summer UV exposure and rain to winter frost and wind. The outer shell is crack-resistant and UV-protected, ensuring the cover maintains its protective properties and appearance season after season without degrading or becoming brittle over time.
Mesh venting panels promote enhanced airflow and moisture resistance inside the cover, preventing condensation build-up that can lead to rust and surface damage on your grill. Hook-and-loop closure tabs secure the cover firmly around the base of the grill, maintaining a snug, wind-resistant fit even in breezy conditions. A drawstring security system provides an additional layer of wind resistance, keeping the cover firmly in place during high winds.
The Broil King logo is stitched onto the front, and moulded rubber handles make removing the cover quick and easy every time you want to grill. Blue accent stitching adds a stylish touch to the reinforced seams, which are built to resist splitting and fraying over years of regular use.

How will my order be delivered?
It depends on what you order. Accessories, covers, fuels, pizza ovens and smaller barbecues are sent by tracked courier (DPD) — £4.99, free over £50. Larger boxed barbecues arrive by kerbside pallet delivery — £39.95, free over £500. Garden furniture sets are delivered by a two-person team — £59, free over £500. The right method and cost are applied automatically at checkout. You can also collect any order free of charge from Hildreths Garden Centre in Prestwood.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to deliver within 10 working days of your order being confirmed. You'll receive an email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details where available.
How do I prepare for delivery?
Before ordering, make sure you've measured your outdoor space — particularly gate widths and access routes, as some garden furniture sets can be large. This helps avoid any issues on delivery day.
Does delivery include assembly?
Standard delivery is to the front of your property (kerbside) and doesn't include assembly or packaging removal. Add our Packaging Removal (£75) or Platinum Delivery & Assembly Service (£179.99) to your basket for garden delivery, full assembly and responsible disposal of packaging.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most UK mainland addresses, excluding Scotland. We're unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Scotland as standard — but please contact us if you're in one of these areas and we'll do our best to help.
