The exact-fit design means the wok slots precisely into the space occupied by a standard cooking grid section, sitting directly over the burners for maximum heat transfer. The heavy cast iron construction stores and distributes heat with exceptional efficiency, heating up quickly and maintaining a consistently high cooking temperature even when cold ingredients are added.
