The innovative RotoDraft™ ventilation system gives you precise control over airflow, allowing you to fine-tune cooking temperatures for everything from quick, high-heat grilling to slow, indirect cooking. A built-in half-moon Accu-Temp™ thermometer mounted in the lid lets you monitor cooking temperatures without lifting the lid and disrupting the heat.

The advanced ash sifter and collector system makes cleaning after your cook quick and hassle-free. Adjustable leg levellers provide stability on any surface, while the large 7 inch wheels make repositioning simple.
