The thermometer comes with two stainless steel probes with stainless steel cables, allowing you to simultaneously monitor two different temperatures at the same time. Use both probes to track two different pieces of meat cooking side by side, or use one to monitor the internal temperature of your meat and the other to give you an accurate reading of the ambient temperature inside your grill. Either way, you'll always know exactly what's happening inside the cookbox — and you'll never have to open the lid and lose precious heat to check.

The large backlit display is easy to read in all conditions, including bright daylight and evening grilling sessions. The thermometer features pre-programmed target doneness temperatures for eight different types of meat — including beef, pork, poultry, fish, veal, and more — with multiple doneness levels for each. Simply select your meat type and desired doneness and the thermometer will alert you when you've reached the target. You can also set your own custom target temperature if preferred.

An integrated countdown timer adds further versatility, allowing you to track cooking times as well as temperatures. The durable casing features a built-in cable management channel, probe storage clip, and an integrated flip-out stand for convenient table-top display. Batteries not included.
