These generously sized aluminium foil pans are designed to expand your grilling versatility, making it easy to cook whole joints, whole chickens, large cuts of pork, and other substantial pieces of meat indirectly on your Broil King grill — delivering slow-roasted results with that authentic BBQ character.

At 10.25 inches wide by 12.75 inches long, these are large enough to accommodate most joints and whole birds you'd want to cook on the grill. Place the pan directly on the cooking grids and add your meat on top — the pan catches all the drippings and juices as they fall, keeping your grill clean and allowing you to baste the meat in its own juices throughout the cook. For indirect cooking, simply place the pan with a small amount of liquid below the cooking grid level with the meat positioned above it — the liquid steams gently upwards, keeping the meat moist and adding flavour.

The sturdy aluminium construction is strong enough to hold a full, heavy roast without bending or buckling, and the sides are deep enough to prevent liquids from spilling as you move the pan around. When cooking is complete, use the pan as a serving vessel — bringing food directly to the table and keeping it hot.
