Refund policy

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after the day you receive it. Tell us by phone on 01494 211933 or by email at sales@garden-space.co.uk, and then return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us. Goods should be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

How to return Small parcel items (accessories, covers, cushions, tools, fuels and smaller barbecues) can be returned to Hildreths Garden Centre, 169 Wycombe Road, Prestwood HP16 0HJ, or posted back to us at your own cost — we recommend a tracked service.

For larger items delivered by pallet or by our two-person team, we will arrange a collection for you. Collection of unwanted goods is charged at the same rate as the delivery service used for your order — £39.95 for pallet items and £59 for two-man items — and is deducted from your refund. There is no collection charge for goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Refunds We will refund the price you paid for the goods, plus the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of you providing proof of return). Refunds go back to the original payment method. We may reduce your refund if goods have been used or handled beyond what is needed to inspect them.

Faulty or damaged goods If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us on 01494 211933 or sales@garden-space.co.uk within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or at any time during the first six months for a repair or replacement at no cost to you. Please keep any packaging and, where possible, send photographs of the damage so we can resolve it quickly.

Made-to-order and assembled items Products assembled or installed by our Platinum Delivery & Assembly Service, and any items made to your specification, cannot be returned unless faulty.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
