A complete, ready-to-use rotisserie system compatible with all Broil King gas grills (excluding the Keg, Vertical Smoker, and Pellet Smokers), this kit provides everything you need to achieve slow-roasted, self-basting results with whole chickens, joints of lamb or pork, whole fish, and any other item that benefits from continuous rotation over heat.

Rotisserie cooking produces results that are simply not achievable by any other method. As the food rotates continuously over the rear rotisserie burner, it self-bastes with every turn — the natural fats and juices that render from the meat coat the entire surface as it rotates, creating a continuous, automatic basting cycle that keeps the meat moist from the inside while building a beautifully caramelised, golden exterior. The result is meat that is extraordinarily juicy throughout, with a perfectly even colour and texture on all sides.

This UK version of the kit features a 240V motor with a standard UK 3-pin plug — simply plug into any outdoor socket or extension lead and use the on/off switch on the motor to start and stop the rotation. The motor provides smooth, consistent rotation throughout the cook. The chrome-plated steel spit rod measures 83.82cm with an additional 15.24cm extension piece, accommodating a wide range of grill sizes. Heavy-duty spit forks grip food firmly at both ends, ensuring it stays securely in position throughout the cook. The counterbalance kit helps balance uneven or irregular loads on the spit. Universal and OEM mounting brackets fit all Broil King grill models. Maximum load capacity of approximately 9kg.
