How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered by our own two-person Garden Space delivery team or one of our trusted courier partners, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm. All standard deliveries are made to the front of the property (kerbside). If you'd like delivery to your garden or a full assembly service, please see our premium delivery options.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to deliver within 10 working days of your order being confirmed. You'll receive an email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details where available.
How do I prepare for delivery?
Before ordering, make sure you've measured your outdoor space - particularly gate widths and access routes, as some garden furniture sets can be large. This helps avoid any issues on delivery day.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most UK mainland addresses, excluding Scotland. We're unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Scotland as standard - but please contact us if you're in one of these areas and we'll do our best to help.
