The reversible design is the defining feature of this griddle. One side is completely smooth and flat, providing an ideal surface for frying eggs, bacon, pancakes, delicate fish, and any other ingredient that benefits from a flat cooking surface but would fall through or stick to standard grill grates. Flip it over and the ribbed grooved side delivers those classic steakhouse sear marks on steaks, vegetables, and anything else you want to grill with definition and visual appeal.

Both sides are coated with a durable matte porcelain finish that provides a naturally low-stick cooking surface, protects the cast iron from rust and corrosion, and makes cleaning significantly easier after use. The porcelain coating also ensures that the griddle maintains its appearance over time, unlike bare cast iron which requires more intensive seasoning and care to prevent oxidation.

The heavy cast iron construction provides exceptional heat retention, absorbing and holding high temperatures far more effectively than lighter materials.
